How do I book an appointment?

Search for a doctor, choose your preferred date and time, and click Confirm Appointment. You must be logged in to complete a booking.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment through the Dashboard → My Appointments.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before your appointment. Cancellation after that will attract charges.

Refunds are automatically credited back within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
